Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept any returns or exchange. Although we do accept replacements if product was damaged during shipping process or 24 hours after receiving purchase you must email your name and order number with a picture of damage product and send to our email [email protected].
Refunds- We only refund if your replacement is not in stock.
Each order comes with insurance. If your package has shipped and is lost or stolen, a claim will need to be filed with the post office (USPS) using your tracking number to be reimbursed. We are not responsible for missing packages once they have left our facility. Please be sure to supply us with the correct email address, as this is how we send all communication including tracking numbers
